Shipping to the United States

We currently ship to the United States. All US orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 days after the order is placed.

Estimated arrival

Estimated delivery is 10–15 days from the date you place your order. This includes the 3–5 day processing and dispatch period; it is not an additional 10–15 days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or other transport disruptions.

Order details and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Email hello@velorela.com promptly if you need to request a correction. We will confirm whether a change is possible before dispatch. If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and checkout email so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Returns on free-shipping orders

Free US shipping applies to the initial delivery. Eligible change-of-mind returns incur a fixed original shipping deduction of $8.99–$24.99 based on the returned items’ combined standard packed weight; return postage is also paid by the customer. These charges do not apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items. Read our Return and Refund Policy for the 14-day request window, eligibility and exact fees.
