About these terms

These terms describe the use of velorela.com and purchases from Velorela. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Contact hello@velorela.com with questions.

Products and information

Product pages describe the selected item, available options and what is included. Check the selected color and other options before ordering. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colors. Scene props are not included unless the product description expressly says they are. Follow product instructions and choose equipment suitable for your intended use.

Orders and prices

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Product prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Applicable taxes and any charges are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Availability can change. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the options; we will not substitute an item or increase a confirmed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Delivery estimates and free US shipping are described in our Shipping Policy. Email us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; we will confirm whether it can be completed before dispatch. Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery and are subject to the conditions and fixed shipping deductions in our Return and Refund Policy. Your remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods and any other mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these terms.

Use of the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or misuse another person’s information. Velorela branding and website content may not be used in a way that misrepresents affiliation or infringes the rights of their owners.

Privacy and third-party services

Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy. Payment, delivery and other third-party services may have their own terms. External links are provided for convenience; review the relevant provider’s information when using them.

Updates and contact
