Adjust for your stride.
Adjust the working length from 115 to 130 cm to suit your walking setup and find a comfortable arm position.

Fold for your pack.
The five connected sections stay linked as the shaft folds, rather than becoming separate pieces to keep track of. When it is time to pack, fold it down to approximately 34 cm so it takes up less space in or on your backpack. The aluminum-alloy pole weighs approximately 230 g per pole, excluding accessories.

Contoured grip. Easy-to-reach lock.
A contoured EVA grip provides a shaped handhold, while the adjustable wrist strap lets you set its fit. The high-strength nylon external lever keeps the locking mechanism visible and accessible.
Open the lever, set the shaft within its marked limits, then close it and check that it is secure before walking.

Choose your color. Check your fit.
Available in Black, Sky Blue, Bright Yellow, and Forest Green. The suggested user-height guide is approximately 140–190 cm. Use the size guide below as a starting point, then check that the working range suits your height and walking setup.

One pole, with the essentials.
A carbon-steel tip sits beneath the removable rubber tip cover. Use the cover where you prefer rubber contact, and fit the included mud basket when conditions call for it. Choose your footing carefully; neither accessory replaces safe footing on wet or unstable ground.

Shown extended and folded: two views of the same pole.
Included: 1 folding trekking pole, 1 rubber tip cover, and 1 mud basket. Sold as a single pole, not a pair. No carry pouch is included.
